The Junior and Senior School Book Week will be held on the 5th- 9th March. For those of you with students in DUCKS, please be aware that their book week is the week before, commencing on 26th February. Dress up day for Senior School is Friday 9 March. This is arguably the best day on the school calendar when every student and staff member comes dressed as a book character. We are looking forward to enjoying and celebrating every single character who appears on the day! 

The Book Fair will start on the 28th February for three days. The brochure for the book fair can be found below. We have a number of authors workshops over the two week period.  

In addition, there is a fun competition for parents and staff to get involved in. Please see the poster below. You might be able to find inspiration for this competition here.

So just to sum up the key dates for Book Week, please refer below:

Normally we schedule World Book Day to be part of our Book Week schedule. However, with our Year 11 Mock Exams in progress and our Enrichment Day this Friday, we felt we had enough happening. Putting off the bulk of our Book Week celebrations until next week means that we can enjoy them in their own right as well as give the appropriate attention to this week's priorities.
