Developing your information literacy skills is an essential aspect of the research process. It is important that students learn to effectively and efficiently identify, find, evaluate and manage information.
Many Information Literacy models have been developed to support the teaching of Information Literacy in schools, but there is no one dominant approach. The approach we use across the three libraries at DCSG is the Big6 Model.
